Part 1: Your victims
Lets start it basic with the star you get on the Worbital system. This star offers no special effect to the solaronite gun, which is a shame. And to add insult to injury, with it being a single star system it's very easy to put this entire strategy on hold by blowing it up.

5/10 system, it's not bad, but it's not great.

Now onto the system that turns you into a monster. Fire And Ice baby! Each of the 2 stars offer special effects to the solaronite gun.

Lets start off with the best, the Ice star. This star gives your shots the freeze effect on hit. As you may imagine dear reader, its very handy to freeze your foe's defenses, and thus, allowing you to get more shots in.

Now onto the boring sibling, the Fire star. This star gives your shots the burning effect on hit. Its good at finishing off damaged buildings that weren't destroyed by the solaronite. But sadly for this star the solaronite is already going to destroy any buildings it comes in contact with regardless of the DoT effect.

8/10 System, very good system, but still both stars can be blown up still.

Ah yes, Broken Utopia. The best system for one simple fact. Your solaronite will still work after causing the star to go into the angry phase. Making it so that you will never run out of ammo. Phase 2 also gives you the burning DoT effect from the Fire star, but purple :)

10/10 System, not as good as the Ice star but doesn't go boom.
Part 2: The abuse tools
In this section I'll go into the building that you would, either want, or are must haves in order to bring pain and suffering to your fellow players and Stars.

The solaronite gun is going to be the main way we use and abuse the local star. You shoot the star on one side, and on the other some hot hot angy plasma comes out. Which to say the least, really hurts, in terms of soil and moral.

The homing missile is your jelly in your PB&J not the main show of the meal, but a helpful sidekick that makes sure the pain train keeps chugging along. It perfectly covers the weaknesses of the solaronite while still doing some ok damage. Pretty boring weapon overall but makes up for it in shear usefulness.

Ah yes, the orbit booster, this is your bread to your PB&J. The corner stone of this entire strategy. Using the orbit booster is quite simple. You boost on the other side of the system from your target and then start using the star to abuse your foe.
Part 3: Special abuse tools for the creative
Lets start it off with these 3 buildings. These lads will be some of your best options for de-railed star abuse strategies. They offer you the some of the best movement while not sacrificing their other uses.

Now onto the weapon with a special effect with solar based weapons. Relating to the Ice star in particular. If you hit the triggered mist cloud with either the Ice solaronite or the Ice laser it will emit the freeze effect within the entire cloud. Not very useful to be fair but very funny.

As a side note, hitting it with a normal shot or fire shot will just make it into a giant fog cloud. Handy for missile builds but that's about it. Haven't test the blackhole laser or phase 2 broken utopia star on it so give it a shot your self.

Part 4: The 2 ways on abusing your star and "friends"
The Game Plan
This strat is a T2 rush strat. You want to rush to unlocking it ASAP, before your opponents have time to counter you. Speaking of counters, solaronite has a few, and common ones. The projectiles are effected by gravity and are classed as energy. Which is a pretty nasty combo as it means that the likes of shockwave and grav with their its many varients, will all put a stop to your silly behavior with little effort on their end. Which is why you need to get the jump on them. So they don't have the time to defend themselves from your abuse.

Now onto the strategies for maximum abuse. Railed solaronite and De-railed solaronite.

Railed Solaronite
The best strat for this kind of weapon. You only sacrifice one T2 in the case of Terrene, and one T1 for Celestial. Now the cons, if you get derailed you are doomed, have fun floating around without mobility. However, despite this weakness, this version gives you a ton more options for build and makes it easy to aim if you choose to ignore this flaw. For your defense use your orbit boosters. Only use them when you have to get your foe back in range or when your about to be hit. You will die a very painful death if you don't keep your booster usage in check.

De-Railed Solaronite
Now for what I view as, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ excuse of a brother of the normal Railed strat. Onto the pro's, or rather pro. You're able to move your planet to be next to the star which makes hitting your foes VERY easy. But that's about it. The major problem is that you sacrifice 2 of your very powerful T2 slots just derail yourself and for the solaronite gun ALONE. But outside of that you play pretty much the same way as the Railed strat but without being stuck to one path.

The 2 example layouts aren't very good, it's just something to get you started with abusing your local star.
Part 5: Graduation
Congratulations! You now understand the ways of star bending or so I hope. I hope you start experimenting with your own strats using the solaronite, for there are countless different ways for star and friend abuse with this underrated weapon.

I look forward to facing you in the future. Farewell Worbital enthusiast.

the dark side has cookies and i like cookies, but also i have a mean idea for u to make a guide on if u want. ehem so u use whatever u want with a gravitational anchor and an orbit swap to make them in no orbit and also very good if you are next to or close to a border, planet or your local star :D

Thank you, and I'm glad you have decided to go to the dark side. But I would like to give you a second thanks! As I was reminded this existed thanks to you and thus could iron out some of the sloppy writing errors.
