解説
While there are extensive swaps on traditions tree for void dweller, not so much for the council agenda unlocked. Conquer nature for one is a completely useless for habitat lovers.

New council agenda effect:
When selected:
1. +5% resource from pop on habitats.
2. +5% megastructure build speed.
When launched:
1. +20% resource from pop on habitats.
2. +25% megastructure build speed.
3. Immediately create a colony with our primary species on all uncolonized habitats within our border. Just like superior colonies, as long as this agenda is active, newly built habitats will also be created with a colony as well.

Localization: English only.

Agenda icon is a bit meh, but I'm no artist so that one will have to make do for now.

@Rewasder machines got the versatility tree that has its own agenda that is not useless. I don't see a particular reason for this.

Hey, I'm playing with the machine void dweller mod

And I realized that they can't get it becuase it's in the adaptability tradition, which they don't get.
Would you consider moving this agenda to expansion for example so all can have it?
