It's not all the time like this, but I'm playing ONI too, Brotato, and Darkest Dungeon, all of them have a workshop with a big community, a large part of it is from China, but most of the time it's so hard to understand what the mods are doing, there is not even english trad.
On the other side, I'm french for example, and I don't have this issue, I take english Mods because it's the easyest, same for all of us, from Spain, Russia, Italia, anywhere.

It's really sad and a wast because the Mod author seems to have done something great, but it will not reach the players because of this limitation.
