If you kill a flying monster over water it dies. works for higher level red skulls

Kill red skulls over water - Dowry quest
you can kill higher level monsters (red skulls) by shooting them with the cross bow over water, to drown them. Looting them might not work though.
for example the dowry quest is suggested for lvl 32 and i oneshotted the monster at lvl 13
