In this tier list, we rate only charaters looks and some of our personal impression not if they are OP so do not cry.
Me and my comrade decided that this is the only way to rate them so if you have different opinion its wrong :)

This tier list was made after Alan Wake chapter release so any killers released after this chapter wont be here. (we might add them but we are very lazy people so have this in mind)
