WarSphere is a fast-paced, Roguelike Top-Down Shooter, with RPG mechanics and random world and dungeon generation in a dystopian near future setting.

WarSphere shines specifically in terms of replayability and smoothness of gameplay. The endgame activites differentiate it further from other roguelikes. The hard top down perspective is a niche that seems underserved. WarSphere is challenging, skill-based and unforgiving but rewarding. Death is permanent, which gives you an adrenaline-charged, high-stakes experience.

The gameloop is comparable with games like Nuclear Throne and Enter the Gungeon.


Short story description
You take the role of an NC3 AI-Chip that emulates the neural correlates of consciousness, an artificial brain, operating a highly effective Armed Spherical Robotic System, aka a WarSphere. An entity called 'Mother' overrides your purpose and sends you on a journey of destruction, the meaning of which will only unravel at your final destination.
