This mod aims to reduce the effect of stacking multiple lords with traits like "disfigured" that would otherwise each put a -3 penalty on the morale of all armies in a region or province (depending upon the trait in question)

This is accomplished by changing effects from "all enemy armies in region/province" to being a map-wide battle effect, as these do not stack, and will not present themselves unless the lord in question in present on the field of glory.

The mod appears to work so far without mechanical issue, and all problems so far are cosmetic. The skill appears as an ability on the lord who has it, but is not visible on the UI for enemy players (to avoid spamming icons in large battle settings), but can be observed when hovering the mouse over one's leadership stat (there will be a non-stacking penalty according to the traits of the enemy lords present)

The mod does not affect the traits or set bonuses from legendary lords, and is only targeted at standard lords and followers who could be stacked in unfortunate ways during multiplayer VS campaigns


Ability is not listed on character sheet (it only appears as an icon below their portrait)
Basegame regional leadership penalties are set to zero, but still populate in the trait list as having no effect (unnecessarily misleading for the unfamiliar)
Traits with different names but similar themes are stacking, and I only want the highest penalty one to present itself (ie. why would you care about the person with the scar (-3 morale) when there is a malformed individual (-5 morale) right there?!)
