Description
Somewhere in the Badlands, the BLU team has received intelligence that their adversaries on RED are preparing to ship a missile to a discreet location, and it's up to them to neutralize it.

Payload Ravine is a payload map set in a canyon at sunset, with BLU attempting to detonate RED's warhead before it is deployed on their base. This map will most likely be one of the most unique you've seen or played, containing alot of verticality, flank routes, advanced movement tech opportunities, and a fresh baker's dozen box of donuts.

Credits for every used model go towards their respective creators.

Patch notes for Beta 1:
-Attempt to fix most abusive sniper sightline issues
-Made a blu spawn point at mid section after cap of the bridge CP
-Model position adjustments
-Cart behaviour adjustments
-Removed interloper

Patch notes for Beta 2:
-Fixed banana strat route, it should no longer be inviting enough for a player to constantly jump off the cliff in an attempt to try being sneaky
-Few prop adjusments

Patch notes for Release Candidate 1:
-Severe changes were done to the final point in hopes of making gameplay more balanced for both teams
-Slight prop adjustments

-Fixed a few visual bugs

-Trigger Brush Adjustments
-Fixed exploit where you could place a teleporter inside the banana


Patch notes for Release Candidate 4:
-Added a bit more detail in much needed areas
-IMPORTANT change to mid spawn, after BLU caps the third point there will be now TWO additional doors in mid spawn facing the correct way. This small change will save BLU team much needed time
-Prop adjustments

-Fixed MAJOR exploit that allowed the engineer to build a teleporter on top of the final area of the map.

There is an arena map with the same name. You might need to change it. Don't blame you for forgeting, I only know because the map is used in Open Fortress.

id like to remember any/all users of my map that, this is infact my FIRST payload map, and my FOURTH map ever made for the source engine as a whole, keep that in mind before considering the worst, in the major event that this map actually gets added i will possibly be asking for help from mappers with more years of experience.

this map is reliabily hosted in tf2c, id say it even fits the theme of it much better than normal tf2.

Pretty fun but it needs more arrows telling you where to go. Joined mid match and walked backwards multiple times
