Introduction
The point of this guide is to provide a simple, step-by-step method for completing 30 star crux at the outer circle. 30 star crux (as of the writing of this) is very much doable, don't be afraid and have fun!

Please check the date in which this guide is posted, an updated guide will be later added once the game goes thru several more iterations.
Character selection
For this challenge we will be picking Avoron, just because "Sign of Disciple" is just that good... (You can unlock "Sign of Disciple" once you defeated the baron with all characters)

Essentially with "Sign of Disciple" all your blessings are at least rare grade, allowing you to spec your gear towards getting more epic, master upgrades. Having all blessing at rare can be seen as an extra level, if you consider getting a normal blessing and using 1 level-up to get that blessing to rare.

Gear
For gear wise we want armour, dices, attack speed, movement, attack damage...you get it, but dices are very important! To get the specific gods we need and the specific blessing we need to get the build to pop off. I would prioritise dices over everything else, and aim to get 10 of each (or at least 10 alterations to cycle gods until the one you need).
Gods
For the selection of gods we will be picking specifically for offence, defence, and utility. The following section will give you a breakdown on the gods we will be picking and a breakdown on which of their blessings to take.

Offensive - Mort
Mayhem is an absolute beast, and when played correctly, it will scale your damage infinitely!

NEED
Mayhem - (CORE get as early as possible)
When you kill curse enemies, you gain damage... This is your bread and butter for scaling damage, I got nothing else to say. Even in an non optimised run, as you aren't really running any other high offensive blessings, you have a chance to proc every curse enemy and can easily give you +500% on damage late game.

Deadly Strike - (CORE get as early as possible)
To kill cursed enemies and proc mayhem.
Only 1 level is really needed but you can spec into it if you wish

Ravens - (CORE get as early as possible)
I prefer this, over Soulstealer, early game for applying curses. For ravens, its very much recommended to get high rarity and levels as it spawns more ravens resulting in MORE CURSES MORE MAYHEM.

Soulstealer - (CORE get early to mid game)
Like ravens, its our curse applying skill. Again, like ravens, get higher rarity and level for this. You will be very surprised to see how much damage this skill actually does! Soulstealer covers for raven mid to late game as it damage is decent and you can curse multiple enemies if the ghost flies smartly.

Optional
Lifelink - (up to you)
Just one level is enough, its really just to lock other dash skills. If you like the life steal its pretty useful and can save you early game.

Necromancy- (late game)
Only learn this LATE game, its useful in rushes to keep enemies away from you. Additionally, if you take Summoner from Time, it does a decent amount of damage to the baron.

GOD Tier but very rare
Malady
This is amazing not just to spread curses, if you take Lady Justice's smite, it also spread stuns!

Note: You can pretty much banish everything so that you always level what you need

Defensive - Lady Justice
Understanding that YOU WILL GET HIT at 30 crux is why we pick Lady Justice.

NEED
Divine Shield, Protection, Reprisal (getting a level of each early is really good)
Honestly all her buffs are pretty useful and you should pick based on your playing style and situation BUT without a doubt Divine Shield to tank hard hits, Protection for adding armour when our shield in down, and Reprisal to stun those pesky archer and summoners. You can level them accordingly as Justice appears throughout your game.

Optional
Consecration
Consecration is not bad for getting some HP back from getting smacked, but you shouldn't rely on this to do damage for this build. We plan to get hit but we don't plan to be a pin cushion.

Celestial Wings - (up to you)
If you didn't take Mort's life steal dash, Lady justice's attack movement penalty is actually not a bad option!

Note: You can pretty much banish everything so that you always level what you need

Utility - Time
Time's utility is underrated, I always pick Time when given a choice.

Need
Alteration Ritual + Deadlock (mid to late game)
If you have read any other guides, you will know Alteration Ritual and Deadlock is the ultimate late game utility. When spec correctly temporary blessings can last up to 2 minutes giving you a giant dps buff, not to mention Alteration Ritual can even give you legend grade blessing. These are a must and must level when you get the chance, but like I mentioned, these are late game pay off blessings, you might not want to pick them early game

Gem High (1 level early is enough)
Another great utility on only on general waves giving you movement, attack and skills speeds BUT as this effect is stackable, you become the flash on rush waves.

Optional
The summoner (mid to late game)
Since you have so much ravens and possibly skeletal running around, this gives a sizeable buff to their damage allowing you to AFK slightly late game. Not to mention you might summon dragons or other creatures that will also benefit from this.

Wisdom (early or never)
If you can get wisdom relatively early, it does pay for itself as the game progresses, only 1 level of it is enough.

Time Field
If you don't completely trust your dodging skills and is not great at being "safe". Time field is just another level of defensive mechanism you can add to the build, again, 1 level is enough.

Note: You can pretty much banish everything so that you always level what you need

Moirai
Along with the three gods, you will seldom find Moirai. If you are not luck stacking and just wanting to completing 30 crux I suggest the following:

Fury - for attack speed
Critical Strike - for crit chance
Fortune - for more dice if you need

Beside these I wouldn't pick anything else...
Might - can be both good and bad, good for late for clear, but bad for early since you might accidentally kill things that are not cursed

Lastly, once you have spent some alteration dices to get these 3 gods, don't be shy to alter Time and Lady Justice afterwards to get Mort's core blessings and scale your ravens and soulstealer early.
Game Plan
The general game plan is as follows

0:00 - 5:00
  • Explore the map as much as possible to pick up some random passive buffs, every little buff goes a long way!
  • During this time aim to get around 10-20 passive buffs around the map.
  • You shouldn't really have issues killing this but priorities getting your CORE blessings (Mayhem, Ravens, Deadly Strike).
  • You might get smacked a bit by the green slimes, but it shouldn't be anything you can't take.
  • Dashing to open areas, dodging hard hits, and killing range units is key on your success.

Left and right barons
This will be your first and probably only challenge. Since we didn't really take a lot of damage blessings, you will need to get down and dirty with these boys. SMACK DASH SMACK! The reason why this is gonna be your main challenge is because by the time you fight the Necro and Baron, your mayhem would be so highly scaled that even the ravens will rekt them. If you took too much utility early YOU WILL DIE HERE, so pick more Mort if you are unsure.

05:00 - end
This is where you STAY IN ONE AREA, I know it sounds crazy but you are gonna dedicate the reminder of the game on stacking mayhem. The ravens peaked a skeletal? Dash there and show them your sword. The ghost just cursed 5 skeletal? Dash there and show them your sword. Every curse matters! By the time you hit around 12:00, the ravens and ghost will most likely be able to proc mayhem for you by themselves.

Below is a screenshot of how much mayhem you should aim for by the time you finish the blue slime rush.

Final screenshot
This is a good example of a completed non optimised run. Take note of the damage.

TLDR;
Pick Avoron - sign of disciple

Mort - Mayhem for damage, Raven and Soulstealer
Lady Justice- Divine Shield, Protection, Reprisal
Time - Alteration Ritual, Deadlock, Gem High

Game plan
Get mayhem asap
Get a few passive buffs
Start and keep stacking Mayhem from 5min
Conclusion
Death must die is a game that has multiple ways in which you can face the challenges a head and come out victorious or defeated. There is no sure-fire way of completing the game on all difficulty but hopefully this guide help some players find what they enjoy and carry on playing. Regardless of whether you fail or succeed the most important part is that you have fun!
