This guide will show you all locations of the relics, notes and photos. So there will be spoilers if you haven't finished the game before.

I have seperated the locations in stages, so it's easier to see, which collectibles you have overseen in the different stages. Also after your first playthrough you only have the option to use stage selection, so you only have to look up, which things you probably missed and go into that chapter to get them.

Just get all four relics from the game and you will get the achievement.

Find all photos


You only need to get the three photos from the game for this achievement.

You need to collect all notes AND all photos for this achievement.

Chapter 3 cleared
Finish Chapter 3


Just finish the game and you will get this achievement.

The first thing you will find is a note, which you can't miss, because you have to pick it up to get into the mines, so just follow the beginning of the game until you see the note laying on an altar.

The next note you will find if you go into the mine and follow it until you get your first room on the right side, there will be a note laying on a shelf.

The next thing I will mention in the guide is the relic. After the last note you will get to a point, where you can decide to go straight forward or right. At this point you go right and into the second room on your left, there will be boxes on the right of the room (looking into the room from the door). Behind them is a hole the wall, you can crouch through it and get into the room, where you will already see the relict in a pit.

The next note is another note, you can't miss. After you the relic go out of the room with the boxes and go left until the end after that the first room on you right will have the note on a desk.

After the previous note, the before locked door in this area will be open and in this room there will be a note on the ground right in front of the hole in the wall, where you have to crouch through.

The next note is another note you can't miss, because it will contain the combination for the safe.
After you used the Key to open the gate go through the gate and go left till the end, in this room you will find the note on a safe.

The last note in this stage, you will find in the safe, so you can't miss it either, because you need the key underneath it.

The first note you will find shortly after you get the lamp next to a valve, which you can't turn, on a closed pipe.

After you finished the first valve search and swam over the the filled basin, there will be a room to your left with many barrels, on the barrel in the centre of the room you will find the next note.

After the previous note, you will have to swim through a basin again, but before you swim through it, jump into it, turn around and dive through the pipe. In the following room, you will find a relic.

The next note is another note you can't miss, because it is laying on the first valve in the area, where you have to find two valves.

After you finished the area with the two valves, you will get into room, which wasn't finished as it seems. On a barrol right in front of you, when you enter the room, you will find another note.

The last thing in this stage, is a photo. It is located in the room after the toxic room. You will find it in the far right corner,upon entering the room, on a barrel.

After you went up the stairs, go into the first room on the right. (Open wall) There will be a note on a table.

The next note is located in the room to the left in the laboratory. It's in the typewriter.

After you found the amulet. There will be a note on the desk with the button underneath it, which will open the exit of the area again.

After you have seen the combination in the cool chamber, you have to crouch through a opening in the wall and will get into a small room. Just wait in the small room until the flashback effect is gone and you will find a photo there on a table.

The next note isn't missable, because you have to pull the lever behind it to shut down the electricity.

After you climbed down the debris of the stairs, DON'T go through the door yet, turn around and you will see a orange pipe. In it you will find relic.

Just follow the corridor until you get in a room with a desk right in front of you. On that desk is laying a note.

The next note is another note, which you can't miss, because you need it to progress further. Just follow the corridor after the first note of the stage until you get in another room with a desk and the note is laying on the desk like the first note.

There is another note in the maze, where you first have to activate a lever to get to the left side of that maze. You can see the location and note on the screen below. Thanks to RAWGER for giving me the location of the note, because I haven't seen it due to a glitch, which happend in my two runs. (I had permanent flashback and he said something without flashback, so I had known that something was wrong with my runs)

The last relic of the game is also in the maze, but on the right side of that are above. You have to go to the location (see pictures below), turn flashback on , go into it and wait until flashback turns off. Thanks again to RAWGER, because I had known that the relic had to be there, but haven't known that permanent flashback was a glitch and so I couldn't get it.

After you get out of the maze and stand in front of an elevator, turn left and you will see a hole in the wall. Crouch into it and you will find the last photo of the game.
