Noble Samurai Variants

I just wanted some fancy pants and now we're here

adds fancy samurai armour variants to the different UC noble royal guards.

Stats are identical to regular samurai armour, they're just fancy versions.
Requires an import/new game to spawn.

Changes:
-four new fancy noble themed samurai armour (Imperial, Slavemaster, City, and Trader)
-replaces the "empire hooded noble guard" guarding all nobles to thematic variants with the new armours, depending on their theme (city guards for city nobles, slavemaster guards for slave camp nobles, etc)
-blueprints are found on the nobles (so city samurai armour blueprint in city noble inventory, slavemaster samurai armour blueplint in slave camp noble inventory, etc.)
-crafting requires plate armour crafting and tech level 3
