For more challenge (like we did before) we followed these rules:
- Classic Loadout (basic weapon setup from Shank 1 - Chainsaw & Pistols for both players)

- No Death by either player

- No Shop (no shop items at all for both players)

- No Tequila (yes, even from the birds, basically we have one health bar for the entire run without heals)

- All Supply Stations saved (there's 3 of them, and none should be destroyed by the bombers)
