This time a drivable version of the Highwayman for any wasteland!

Unfortunately it doesn't have an interior, but it has a trunk

There won't be a LVS version because I don't know how and I don't care to do anything LVS related after what happened to LFS and Simfphys, though anybody can make an LVS version of this if they want
