I placed this at my bottom floor, which made the stuff above it on the upper floor not accessible which locked half my people up there. So if you build a top floor gym it works great otherwise it's mildly annoying at the moment.

It is usable, yet I also noticed that if you have pretty much every relaxation devices some of them are never picked... and my feeling is that powered ones (i.e. VR, Arcade) and the treadmill is powered
