Haigerloch Wonder

This mod adds the German Uranverein nuclear program at Haigerloch to the game as a Wonder.

The German Uranverein, or nuclear weapons program, was never as advanced as its Allied counterparts. Through a combination of lacking of scientific manpower, political mismanagement and deliberate sabotage from both without and within, it never even achieved a functional nuclear pile. Werner Heisenberg's team came the closest, operating out of a hidden complex built under the Castle Church at Haigerloch in the Swabian Alps. By 1945, he and his team were on the brink of constructing a working reactor using the last of their resources, but the war ended and they surrendered before their plans could be fulfilled.

Haigerloch is a Wonder designed to turn a city into an advanced techno-industrial hub, suitable for the development and production of atomic technology, at the cost of its growth and cultural developement. Unlocked at Atomic Theory with the Autocracy ideology, it provides a +20% bonus to Science, a +20% bonus to Production and 2 free units of Uranium. However, it also reduces the city's Culture, Gold and Growth rates by 10% across the board.
