Fixed Localisation* for English only at the moment
Base Cost Reduced to 8000 with a increase of 1000 per level.
Max Level Reduced to 5.
Now Benefits from Infrastructure Bonus

That's about it, it's just a small personal Change I didn't make the original Mod.
It is a derivative of This Mod

Do not run this with any other version of the Resource Factories Mod otherwise it might cause problems.
