Gonna be set to conquest most of the time, will effectively run as how a battlefield 4 server would run. But, sometimes it'll change to racing and police chases every now and then.

Ok. so hear me out now>
I deleted the modpack because it kept causing Brick Rigs to freeze.
And now when i try to redownload it, IT WONT WORK. It just keeps saying "Unable to download".

Ok, now I see whats wrong.
When I dragged the Mod-pack to the Brick Rigs file,
IT DID NOT GO INTO THE CONTENT OR THE MODS!!!
