Rangers from the 75th Ranger Regiment, 3rd Battalion launching an operation deep in the Takistani Heartlands.



In 2023, more than a decade after the events of Operation Arrowhead, the unstable Takistani Government has fallen into anarchy. Rampant corruption within the ranks, coupled with the massive rise in anti-western ideologies, led to a state of chaos and disarray in Takistan. In May of that year, a group of CSAT-backed ultranationalists staged a coup with the goal of aligning Takistan with the recently formed Canton Protocol Strategic Alliance Treaty, which alarmed NATO officials.
The new government launched an ultimatum demanding the remaining few aid workers and western presence to evacuate from the country immediately, or face exile or certain death. NATO immediately stages the second invasion of Takistan.
In early June, NATO strategists come up with a two-pronged assault, again launched from the Chernarussian border, of which American forces would assault key coastal towns and also directly crossing the border and attack from the north. A task force was formed, codenamed "TF Shield" which consists of the USMC 27th Marine Expeditionary Unit and the elite 1st Recon, Multiple US Army infantry and armored divisions, and the USAF. The operation was codenamed "Operation Desert Sword".


The Crossroads town of Orcarif is taken over by Takistani forces, blocking the only viable MSR in the area. US 75th RR 3rd Battalion is ordered to seize the town and reopen the supply route. They will be inserted via Black Hawk's south of the town.


First Objective: Reach Objective Tacoma and secure the AA guns.
Second Objective: Reach Objective Seattle and secure the town, and take care of the AT crew
Third Objective: Evacuate from Orcarif and be debriefed.
