Unwavering (Immunity to Panic)

This little mod vignette adds a new passive to units with Immunity to Psychology. This new passive, named Unwavering, recreates Immunity to Panic (table top special rule) by taking away leadership penalties outside of melee combat for units with Immunity to Psychology by giving these units Unbreakable until they are in melee or their commander is slain.

On table top Immunity to Psychology generally gives Immunity to Panic which is the ability to ignore entity loss from missile fire. By giving units with this ability unbreakable until they are in melee, they can ignore missile damage unless the missile damage also accompanies melee combat.

Second, since this has a pretty big positive impact on Daemons and Undead, also adjusted the Crumbling & Instability effect to occur at less than 50% leadership and losing melee.

Thirdly, adjusted Undead Crumbling to effect two entities rather than just one, and Daemonic Instability to effect three entities instead of four. This should make Crumbling feel meaningful and Instability feel less punishing. It's a bit of a meet in the middle. Let me know how it feels.
