Replaces the toolgun with Pip-Boy from Fallout 4 with a finger gun

This is also client side as it's just a simple model replacement, meaning you can use it on servers!

***For everyone who is saying it ain't working, this is a model replacement addon meaning you have to restart your game after subscribing to this, same goes when unsubscribing, otherwise you won't have a model***

Great mod. Works pretty smoothly aside from some minor animation limitations. Everyone should download this pipboy tool gun overlay to complement this mod: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=294707538
