My personal combine playermodel
You actually can use it in RP, Post-Makers, Scenic and other type of tags

The marauder is probably the most balanced combine, he has a shotgun or a rifle in his arsenal. He can also command ordinary soldiers, but not elite ones, but with the exception of soldiers from Nova Prospekt.

Marauders are the strongest among their relatives, with luck they can be given an RPG and then the rebels will feel very bad when they meet them.

But unfortunately, they also have disadvantages, it's speed, they are not particularly fast like the others, but they are also immediate. They have increased health and a strong suit that will not allow them to be killed in a couple of seconds.

How and why did the Marauder appear?

The marauder appeared thanks to the raid of the "Rebels"

Having won over two points, the Alliance decided to make a more balanced ally, and thanks to this, he appeared - the "Marauder"

You can open gma for model and then with youtube tutorial you can make him as npc, he will be same combine but with other model lol
