1. Spam spacebar and skip cutscene
2. Fly to big boat (With jet/wings, you can slide then fly while sliding and you go speed)
3. Use hacking pad and hack the keypad (hold right click and then left click) with the key slot on the boat
4. Press the big green button

You can also jump then fly immediately to get the speed boost as well
