1) Use speed items. Namely, Turtle on a treadmill (for lower lvls) and Treadmill on a treadmill (high lvl - moonbase). Also, I've been told that the Blaster Rifle (reward for Tinkerer's) gives a 10% movement speed increase.
2) 1-tap of the BF drill makes the EVs move. 2-taps makes them jump. I recommend against going full auto BF agains the EVs. Even if you can tank them easily, it's slower than making them jump off.
3) The EVs only fire once they get within a certain range.
Regarding DPS'ing them vs. making them suicide, unless you have 2+ active players killing the EVs, it's faster to get them to suicide. DPS'ing them all on NM is out of the question, unless you've got a full team of DD gods.
Thanks again for the great guide, Acen.
1) After talking to a dev, my understanding is that the loot on NM is essentially the same as that on Insane with one very important difference; the chance of getting ult armor is much higher.
2) Completing the run as huntress grants a higher chance of getting ult armor (so bring in huntresses as AFK'ers)
3) It's very important that players who are not doing the run remain at start area. The EVs head towards the nearest player that they can path to - the spawn area is non-pathable. Having pathable players around the map not only makes the run take longer, but makes the EVs get stuck in hard-to-find places.
4) It's critical that at least one player is in a pathable area when the EVs spawn. If no players are pathable, it's common for 1-2 EVs to get stuck in their spawn (beyond weapons range), making them impossible to get to.
