A) Play on Bespin
B) Use a class with explosives (like rocket launcher)
C) Aim your explosives right in front or behind the Jedi/Sith to launch them into the opposite direction. Don't aim directly at them because they will just deflect your explosives
D) Try to launch them to the edge of the map. Eventually they will just fall down and die. They won't respawn
This also works with giant turrets/canons.

Another method would be to roadkill them by using a speeder for example. Keep hitting them and eventually they will die.
