If for some reason you want to download an old version of Escape the Backrooms. I will teach you how. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS GUIDE IS DIRECTED TOWARDS WINDOWS USER. THIS MAY WORK ON OTHER PLATFORMS BUT IM NOT 100% SURE. SO DONT COUNT ON IT

STEP 1

On your keyboard hold down the windows button and press R. This will bring up a menu where you half to type

"steam://open/console" Then press OK

STEP 2

In the steam console type "download_depot 1943950 1943951 (version_number)". Then replace
"(version_number)" with a manifest ID which is down below

PICK A VERSION

Find the version you want, copy the manifest ID which is right beside the version number. Then replace "(version_number)" with the manifest ID. Once all of that's done press enter

STEP 3

Once the download is done go to your windows C: and then go to Program files (x86), then steam, then steamapps, then content, then app_1943950 and then finally click on depot_1943951. Once there drag the files into a folder you will keep that version. Finally you can click on the application and enjoy
