Try to go to the add-ons in the game menu and disable all NPC add-ons, except for Blob.

any why... i import'd npc_blob in gmod but i did'int do it proper'lee (half life 2 update is what i used)

Blob's model is OK . Perhaps you have conflicting add-ons. Only you can fix this.
