i couldnt think of a less long title

There's an unused line for Ellis which the subtitle for is in the addon icon. This script adds this (and a similar one for Rochelle) when finishing a level on above 91 HP.

Will NOT conflict with any other talker addons.

in terms of lines overall all survivors have many unused lines for a variety of situations. as for hurrah lines it's only 2 of ellis' that go unused

There is also some wild potential in making already standard voicelines play more often. Like swearing after taking big amounts of damage, or hurrah command when killing a boss or several enemies in a row.... even many of the campaign-specific lines could be scripted to play during ordinary fights or safe room convos.
