Jakiro. 'nuff said. He can harass like no other in the lane phase. Use his Liquid Fire to chip away at towers in the early game. Once a T1 tower is down, rotate and push down another. Rinse and repeat until you win. If you are ever low on gold, you can use Liquid Fire, Dual Breath, and even Macropyre to farm creep waves and neutral camps. Don't use Macropyre unless it's a double stack of creeps or camps though. Once you get Eul's, you become the gank king. Don't forget the wards though. Ever.
