new mod to get immigrants faster, since old mods don't work anymore. It is OP so be warned, but you don't have to accept them all the time. Immigrants will come every 2-4 months, for your convienice when you need them

This mod seems to have disabled the town advisors you get at different populations that add little bonuses :(
