@jat11241976: There are few Troy Baker's VPs, but I don't think most of them fit Joel - Arkham Knight, Joker or Saints Row's boss are probably not a good choice, Erron Black is probably too cowboyish but maybe Alec Mason would work?
And then there's some "Troy Baker voicepack" that apparently use some TLOU lines, but there's no details what exactly is there.
