I think you will find that is the parralax of water. The moon has power over the water. Gravity. Dont you find it weird the moon has a magnetic like effect on the water on planet earth. Its to do with gravity. I guess that is why my assumption about people in days of lore and full moons was to do with the water in there brains. When the moon is full all water is attracted more. We have lots of water in our brains. I guess thats why some people with weird brains are called LUNAtics. lol
