you know what? Screw this guide. I want to continue this (When i eventually remember it exists) but i think i hate this game now so no. Ninja kiwi abandoned a precious game similar to how Ubisoft killed off the crew.(Sure the crew is paid but you could always but stuff with nk coins in monkey city, and all that stuff is gone now.) Yeah there's the steam version of monkey city but that's like saying you could always play the crew 2. The flash version was always the superior game, with more content and better balancing, (And im pretty sure 90% people who play the archive only play monkey city) and generally having more to do. Its sad to see this beloved game go. :(

and yes, I am aware of the steam/mobile version, I will be playing the steam/mobile version, I will be forcing myself to enjoy the steam/mobile version. However I will be playing it with a slight anger, a slight fuse sparked by the such average, money-eyed ways of the developer.

OK ENOUGH RANTING! Welcome to this guide. You are about to receive advice from the worst bloons player in existence so get ready to hear some rather questionable tips but i guarentee at least one of them are gonna be helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-easy mode is hard mode but not as hard as hard mode and medium is hard mode but it is medium according to the first game which is hard mode and hard mode is hard mode on steroids.

-the difficulty is not as hard so that's good
-this time, there is veriety so use all the towers and their upgrades (but still spam dart monke)
-the MOAB's are op.
-easy is actually somewhat sort of kinda to an extent barely easy.
-play the 4th or 5th bloons, their better

- do the challanges they are fun adn give you awesome points
-variety is key, dart monke is useless from this game on
-get dartling gun asap becuase it is good and better then supermonke
- bad towers are mortar monke, ice tower, boomerang tower, and dart monke ( to an extent ) so don't use these
-epic towers are dartling monke, supermonkey ( obviously), bomb tower, and spike factory

-YESSIR FREE BTD5 YESSIR YESSIR but wait no co-op, leaderboards, daily challanges, special missions, and daily rewards. :(
- hey, atleast its free and acheivments and tons of maps/towers.
- make sure to buy agents and those buildings that help a certain tower
-imagine buying NK coins and getting all those fancy shmancy premium upgrades. Couldn't be me.
-trash towers: ice monke, boomerang monke, mortar monke. Dart monke is actually useful if you get the triple dart upgrade.
-epic towers: supermonke, ninja monke, bomb tower, apprentance monke, and dartling gun.
- get the steam version, its much better/smoother/actual co-op/actual daily challenges/special missions/random missions/research feature/more towers(helicopter)/still gets updates/more maps/events like golden bloon and more.
-NOTE: don't play the space truckin map it is SOOOO laggy ( or at least on my toaster computer
-If you miss spamming dart monkes in the old games then spam ninjas ( or dart monkes, you still can but it not as good unless u get the triple dart upgrade (x-3))
-reverse really isn't that hard so do it and get awesome points :)

-don't even try it doesn't work anymore, get the steam version and maybe the sequal.
-but why not give tips about the steam version anyway!!

-my recommended towers for u are wizard monke, helicopter, helicopter, ninja monke, and dartling gunner.
-don't use dart monke unless you are pro and want to humiliate the opponent so bad that u use dart monke, ice monke, and tack shooter as ur loadout.

the later sections are for non bloons games like SAS so if you play those games, then keep reading this guide. NOTE: This will only do a few games that aren't bloons related.

-because multiplayer doesn't work, you can't get money to buy better weapons so your stuck with the default.
-the single player mode you have to kill the most people in the time limit and is pretty basic
-this is stated in the btd battles section, but there is a mod that allows you to play some of these games in private server/multiplayer mode, and you can actually play multiplayer in this game if you have the mod, the opponents are bots though, but it is actually pretty fun.
-if you have enough money, then buy rifles
-NOTE: the game doesn't save so all ur ranks, money, rifles, and profile pictures will be demolished when you leave
- There is a mortar monke profile picture from btd4 in this game. get it.

-Do the challenges in the achievment section in the profile menu, access it on the top of the screen, the challenges are decently fun.
-personally, I just use the horsemen because why not, but I can't beat hammerton, so I must be doing something wrong.
-make sure to upgrade the town hall for better defense and more resource collecting
-If ur stuck, replay levels that are not 3 stars to get to 3 stars to get an upgrade point or two so you can upgrade your stuff in the upgrade tree.

-multiplayer doesn't work sadly.

-There is a free gun in the ninja kiwi premium shop, make sure to get it!
-if alot of zombies are in one place, use a grenade.
-make sure to get the supply boxes indicated by a dot on ur map (when you unlock the map), these contain items like grenades and weapons

-Make sure to use turrets instead of people and make sure to use the sandbags and upgrade them.
-Make sure to collect the supply drops from planes
-Make sure to... um...
-hmm i forgot what i was gonna put. :I

-forget what i said before. Steam version is inferior because no crafting and no championships and stuff like that, tho I still like it because it has actual multiplayer and less, less, LESS lag.
-pick the assualt class ( thats what i did)
-If a skill doesn't make sense, don't get it.
-make sure to upgrade your weapon augments
-Try all the different maps, they have different objectives and are all fun
-Again, don't buy the lootboxes with NK coins, you will get plenty by playing.
-make sure to do contracts
-There are challenges in the achievement section that are fun, but some of them you can't do because they require multiplayer and multiplayer doesn't work

-Totally unrelated but I like this game
