Immersive Repairs - Vanilla Welding Patch

Feature Patch
Patches Immersive Repairs to remove all changes to welding, making the welding aspect completely vanilla again.

The following items from Immersive Repairs will be removed:
- Welding Torch
- Welding Mask (And its variants)
- Welding Cartridge
- Welding Rod
- Welding Rod Pack
- Welder's Eye Drops
- Automatic Welder
- Fixfoam Tank

The following things will be converted back to their vanilla values:
- Plasma Cutter
- Welding Tool
- "Hull Fixer" Talent

Load Order:
- Immersive Repairs - Vanilla Welding Patch
- Immersive Repairs

Niche ask that'll likely get hit with a "Too many patches to maintain" (understandably so), but;
What about a patch that only reverts the welding tool, but keeps the other functions, making eye drops and masks still useful.

@SolsticeOfTheWinter: Oh right, thank you! They're only getting disabled by this patch, not removed. This is to allow still using them up in case you crafted/bought some before installing the patch and someone is still suffering from the affliction.
The patch just removes the crafting and store entries so it can't be obtained. It was also supposed to be hidden in the sub-editor, but seems like I forgot about that. Will also be fixed :steamthumbsup:

Quick heads up, the welding eye drops are looking for their texture file in the old texture spot (Content/Items/Medical/Eyedrops.png) instead of the new IR-Atlas and have no texture. Also, aren't they supposed to be removed?

@Chuckles the socipath: To disable the new welding items from Immersive Repairs and revert back to vanilla welding tool for those who like the rest of the mod, but dislike the welding changes made by it.

@Yoghurt_Daddy: That is odd. This patch just reimplements the exact same code as the vanilla item uses to revert it back to that state. I'll check on the weekend if I can replicate the issue :steamthumbsup:
