High FPS Support

Description
Allows rendering the game at above 60FPS without affecting the speed of world simulation.

This mod is entirely client-side.
In singleplayer there are config settings to speed up or slow down the game for fun.
This mod also contains a few optimizations that can help with reaching higher frame rates. They are disabled by default and can be enabled through the mod config.

Potential Issues:
* Your display's refresh rate must be greater than 60 Hz for this mod to work properly.
* Periodic minor visual artifacts will occasionally appear.
* Compatibility with other mods is not guaranteed:
Jittering can happen if other mods use custom drawing that is not framerate-independent.
There are no fixes for these issues besides other mods' authors adding explicit support for this mod.

I really like the mod, but there's one problem: the background optimization increases the FPS, but the background starts to move behind the character.

Es un buen mod para superar el límite de FPS y obligar al juego tener 60 ticks. Con este mod eso es configurable y adaptable a los monitores de mayor Hz.

Imprescindible para los jugadores de alta gama o media gama. Por supuesto, tiene opciones de optimización, por lo que optimizar tu juego también puede.

Wasted 5 hours of my life trying to figure out the mod that broke my game. I could only see the background blocks like walls, but the other blocks showed up in the pause menu. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.:steamthumbsdown:

Is there any way to keep the speed of clouds normal? currently they are sped up by the mod even when the game speed is otherwise normal
