Varies between 25-30 fps on the bike missions. FSR does a lot of compensating to make the game playable at 30. I've set it to quality but I think you can get a solid constant 30 fps if you set it to performance.

how are the frames in the outside levels?

Effect quality is on low, rest everything medium. FSR quality mode and vsync off. Getting 60-30 fps. I think your card can run it just fine.

What settings? My card is 4060 not ti
