It scales as easily as possible.

The overall efficiency of wind turbines is 98%.
Wind turbines and batteries are placed in groups.

Energy generation and storage:
45 - Wind Turbines = Production of 18 MW - 36 MW (Depending on the weather)
18 - Batteries = Storage 57 MW/Hour
