Simply gives Francis a scruffy beard. Originally from my Worker Francis mod.

After weeks of killing zombies nonstop and trying to get to safety with little time to rest, a magnificent beard like this is kinda expected.

The beard is an actual mesh, it comes with a face reskin to make it appear more full and convincing.

LODs
The Passing model (Light model)
No incap image
No lobby/HUD icons

NOTE:

This was made with high settings in mind, so the model may or may not look accurate at lower settings.
This will work with body reskins, but not with face reskins, since this comes with its own face texture.
This will not work with mods that change the outfit, for example, as this is a whole new model.
This is my first time editing a beard to match all of the facial expressions, so it may not move realistically with certain facial expressions.
