This is just a basic guide of gameplay features that I've found from playing and from the discussions that I am putting together to hep anyone that is new have an easier time.

Basic Stats

Each slave has six basic symbols on their bar.

Red top bar = Health
Green left bar = Obedience
Blue right bar = Depravity
White far left bar = Milk
Red circle at bottom = Disease
Green circle in middle = Infertile

Health

- How long a slave can be used before death and is modified by depravity.

Depravity

- Reduces damage slaves take and prevents damage at maximum so they can then be used in the glory-hole room constantly without fear of loosing them.

Milk

- How much milk a pregnant slave currently has. Can be fed directly to a child in the Growth Room or extracted in a Milking Cage.

Disease

- Reduces your Reputation as long as you have that slave so you have less to spend on Requests.
- Chances of gaining can be reduced by putting slaves into the shower when they are visually dirty.

Infertile

- Renders the Slave unable to have more children.

As you can see here each female slave will have a section on their info tab that states either their max number or pregnancies or max number of multiple pregnancies.
This tells you how many times they can give birth and the likely number of children they could give before infertility.

Depravity & Obedience Training

Depravity can be increased via stationing in the Glory Hole Room or Breeding Room.
Obedience can be trained in the Glory Hole Room or Breeding Room too but is trained the quickest in the torture room. The torture room has 3 slots in it however the furthest back slot

Evolving Goblins

Any Goblinoid baby directly fed milk from a slave for their whole baby stage has a chance of evolving into the next tier up of goblin.
Elves can also get a trait that can increase the chance of their child evolving.
(I found just feeding them milk far easier)

Automation

After a certain amount of game story progress you can unlock automation in the upgrades section.
Below are table of each room that can be linked, what they can link too and if it takes slaves/children IN or send slaves/children OUT.

A layout I want to add is Put the Glory Hole and Shower room right next to each other, letting the slaves move to the shower room to get clean then automatically go back to the glory hole when they are clean. I only do this for slaves with maxed out depravity.

@pvt.gaming.star If you have milk in storage, the female slaves don't need to have a personal milk amount. One without any milk can just take it from storage and it counts the same as feeding the baby their own milk for chances that they will evolve.

can put a new captives cage above the slave cage in the automatic layout to auto bring in slaves to the rotation

Make sure they have the perk before putting them into the glory hole for farming.

Another layout that works is Shower, slave cage then breed room. keeps the overflow of slaves clean while being automated. Female Oni can be used in glory hole w/o automated delivery for building supply farming(and depravity). long as they have not given birth to their firstborn.
