Fully compatible with Deity++ and Late Game AI.

Cranks up the heat for all difficulty levels by adjusting Settler difficulty to be equivalent to the original Prince difficulty. Deity AI is now more powerful than even Deity++!

**Doesn't make AI decision-making any better, it just increases the bonuses that AI receive at each difficulty level.

Yeah, you're right, of course. I figured out what it was, I play with Mental AI Boost as well, I just usually don't play with the clone unit option from that, I forgot to uncheck it when starting a new game right after your mod updated, just coincidental timing and playing with too many AI mods.

Hello, I'm using a bunch of mods, but this is the only one to recently change. In a new game, after building an encampment, I get the maximum of every strategic resource. May have started before building the encampment, and I didn't notice. Among the many mods I'm using, I'm using a custom Civ, and playing on Insane level. Like I said, a lot of mods, so sorry if this not particularly diagnostically useful, or not this mods at all.
