Kuraguro Connection Touge is a [FICTIONAL] touge located in Tsukuba, Japan. Gaining popularity in the late 80s amongst both grip drivers and street drifters, due to the scenic views mixed with tight corners, it was perfect for the boom days of drifting, where transitioning corners was a skill everyone wanted to practice.

During it's height in the mid 90s, the course was filled with both grip drivers and drifters every weekend, sometimes running in-front and behind each other, trying to go as fast as possible while sticking to their lane.

Come the late 90s, the pass was used more frequently by pedestrian traffic- especially trucks, so it became harder to drift, even single lane with proper communication. By 2001, all activity on the pass stopped due to cat eyes being installed on the road. The map is based around ~1994.

GENERAL TOUGE RULES:
Left lane when oncoming traffic
uphill ALWAYS has right of way, slow down if you're coming downhill or around a blind corner when there is oncoming uphill traffic
do not overtake others unless at a turnaround point
leave room in drift trains incase of a sudden spinout.
