No Siege Barricades This mod prevents building siege barricades by making them economically unaffordable. This should make the pathing issues caused by these structures go away with the structures.

I created this stand alone mod after CA provided the 4.1 Siege Rework; so that, I could remove it from my primary siege mod Modular Compatible Siege Rework making said mod more modular, adjustable, and approachable; as well as, allow us to try CA's improvements while still benefitting from the primary features.
