After starting the game you can see start intro

Final step - in the menu

If you see this, is it menu.
now if you wanna do nothing you must not click or move the mouse or press anything on the keyboard

if you're not sure if you're really doing anything, you should see for an infinite amount of time like this in the picture:

If you see something different, you have failed to perform these procedures correctly and I recommend repeating all the procedures again.
