Bob's Diving Suit Radio Fix for November 2023 modset

Removed the LowPassMultiplier tag from all suits in the current personal mod set. Also add immunity to contamination to all suits.

Added Makeshift Pirate Diving Suit (Dynamic Europa)
Added Combat hardsuit, Interceptor suit and Renegade diving suit (Enhanced Armorments)

Not the exosuits, as they didn't have a low pass filter. could add for a possible future fix for Contamination resistance, and battery charging and filling oxygen when stored in my exosuit cupboard.
