I designed this for use with the Waist Base Layers created by user TokonatsuSpirits, which are linked as required items should you wish to download them as well, but should work just fine with the default female waist base layer models as well. Feel free to download just this part and see how it works for you.

This is a high-leg style tights layer for the waist. It has some extra details and contours to make it pop a little more visually than F-Dress B and is designed to look a little more natural and frankly just more interesting.
