Honeslty the Flytrap island beacon misson can be done potionless.
Just aim and shoot with the liquid collector to the dark orange band on the beacons, no need to shoot at the coil itelf.

Another little bug I'd like to add is when visiting the pirate island for the first time and rebuilding the ship. When returning to the first island (in the big ship) and recentering it with the bottle on the dock, your smaller raft (which should be out at the pirate cove) completely disappears off the map. Upon visiting the parkour island and clicking 'P' to restart the course it respawns the mini raft beside the ship with none of the items in the chests that were previously present. I had my smaller raft stacked almost completely full with food and mats and they all vanished when the raft vanished. Perhaps if the devs see this post they can patch this bug.
