Ferrax has Cloak and Shields

The Ferrax now has an Auxilliary slot for cloaks and a Small Component slot for shields or armor.

Mod Notes: The NAME_Ferrax in the \common\global_ship_designs\hornblower_designs.txt has been overwritten as well as the FERRAX_MID in the \common\section_templates\hornblower.txt files.

This mod will disable achievements.
