Now with a minimum of 180,000 less Miliseconds!

If not the file you need to alter is in
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content\Data\GlobalEvents.sbc

This Authors Collection contains mods that increase or decrease cargo ship spawns depending on which you want,
I would presume they are standalone as in you don't need any of his other mods to just change the vanilla Cargo Ship spawn rate.
I can't guarantee they're up to date or working however.

I last updated this on the 29th Aug, 2014, so fair chance it's not, unless they haven't changed the file structure and coding at all since then, which I highly doubt, could always give it a shot, at your own risk of course, worst case scenario you get a crash or error, in which case just unsub and it's fixed.

with this mod if i put default contdowns/10 spawn more quickly npc yes?
