Classic Mode Starter Boat

After I started a new Classic Mode save, I noticed the tech tree system made the default preset starter boat unavailable since many of the parts were not unlocked in the beginning. As a result, I built this starter boat similar to the preset one with the STARTING PARTS ONLY. This ship should come in handy for the first few missions.

Features:

- Dual Engine - Dual Prop System
- 3 Medium Refuel-able Gas Tank
- RPS and temperature sensor
- "Relatively" balanced weight
- Multiple Anchors and ropes
- Electric connectors
- Short to mid-range

Tools included:

- Fire Extinguisher
- Defibrillator
- First Aid * 8
- Flare Gun and ammo
- Welding torch
- Radio, radio locator, transponder
- compass

Update:

- Added Speed Meter
- Added Spot Lights
- Added throttle button

The added items may need to be unlocked, but the boat should work fine without them
