If you have problems with LVS or any other vehicle mod utilizing this feature, just set chaircombustion_realisticlist to 1


chaircombustion_chance - The chance for a chair to combust (Default is 0.05 or 5%)
chaircombustion_launchpower - The physical launch power of the combustion
chaircombustion_realisticlist - Whether or not chairs that aren't really office chairs combust
