Installation

Go to your MGS3 game folder located in your Steam common folder, you can get there by right clicking the game in your library, Manage, Browse Local Files.

When inside the game files go into the folder called "mgs3_savedata_win" then into that big number folder, then drag the save folders into there! DONE!

Does those save contain all pickup items?

MAC I think it's possible to save at the end of the WIG with Ocelot all you have to do is to get the left SAA and shoot him and skip the cutscenes and the save prompt watch the credits and that should be an easy FOXHOUND.
